My solar panel app is not working/updating anymore (e.g., no connection to the gateway). How can I solve this?
1. Do you get the ‘no connection to gateway’ message in your solar panel app? In most cases, this is due to the (strength of your) Wi-Fi connection. It’s possible that the Wi-Fi connection is temporarily disrupted. Check if you have an active Wi-Fi connection at home and restart the app.
2. Do you see in your app that the data has not been updated for more than 15 minutes? You don’t need to take any action. Sometimes, the inverter(s) may temporarily not transmit data. The power is, of course, still being generated and recorded. Has there been no update for more than 180 minutes? Contact us.
